Skin Care Basics For Acne
My acne progress is going quite well. I have been using AFRICAN BLACK SOAP that I purchased from my local African import store MAMA AFRICA here in Memphis TN. I reform this soap into a liquid by crumbling it into a small travel size bottle filling it almost to the top, then adding distilled water and sometimes vitamin E or Tea tree oil depending on my current acne needs. After that I just let it set over nite. You can also just use this soap as is by just tsking a small piece of the soap and working it into a lather with water on the skin. For as treatments I'm still using the De La Cruz 10% Sulfur Acne Ointment on new out breaks. I don't have to use as much since my breakouts have reduced alot. I still use Queen Helen Mint Julep Masque to spot treat my breakouts and dry up. I've come a long way and I am quite pleased with my skin but I still have a long way to go before I get back to where I was once at with my clear skin.

Dangling Cheetah Print Mesh Earrings

I really like these earrings even though the "mesh style" is in this year for jewlerly. I don't normally "fall" or do "trendy" pieces but I thought this pair of earrings looked very unique and diffrent from some of the pieces I was seeing around town. I can't wait to wear these beauties with my cheetah print halter, dark wash skinnies, and of course some nice heels with a great simple black clutch hand bag.

I really don't shop in stores like 4 ever young or 4 ever 21, you get the point. I took a trip to my local mall just to see what new stores were added and to see all the new changes I was hearing about from people I would run into on the street. I bought this necklace as a set with the matching earrings for my sister but in due fashion she liked the matching earrings more than the necklace it's self lol. I don't know whats funnier the fact that she liked the earrings better than the necklace or the fact that I bought the necklace and got the earrings free. (smh) I will be wearing this piece this summer and it will be put to great use. Beside I love edgy jewlery even though I really dont do TRENDING pieces!!!

I saw these at my local dollar tree store and fell in love. I knew I had to collect them all like they were Pokemon. They look so pigmented and super glam!!! The quality of theses glosses shine through the stylish packaging. I could tell right off that they were the right kind of gloss for me. Thick and creamy with a super touch of glam to them. I was thrilled to have them in my beauty arsenal so much that i haven't even opened them yet. I feel like i'm hording them just a bit : ). These gorgeous glosses were all $1.00 each. E.L.F. Beauty Arsenal: Collective Haul Jan-March 2012
Nothing beats the feeling that a woman gets when she walks into a store and strolls down the cosmetics and beauty isles. Yet it can't compare to the enjoyment of her heart when she can get those glorious products that makes her heart skip a beat at an unbeatable price. This collective haul of goodies is 1/4 of a haul from Jan-March of 2012. These goodies were purchased at my local Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Rose's Discount Store & Angel's Beauty Supply store.
